The IES College organized a seminar in association with Fintechedu on “How to Become a Data Scientist” on April 25, 2023. The seminar was conducted by industry experts who shared their knowledge and experience on how to build a career in data science. The seminar was attended by students from various departments of the college.

The seminar began with an introduction to the field of data science, its applications, and the current demand for data scientists in various industries. The experts then discussed the required skills and qualifications for becoming a data scientist, which include knowledge of statistics, programming languages such as Python and R, data visualization, and machine learning algorithms.
