- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement.

- Work with service providers, foreign universities for required collaboration,
- Identify and connect with Providers having expertise in integrating technology solutions for virtual collaboration.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each service
- Regularly evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and adjust based on feedback and results
